Kunwon Engineering’s CM provides integrated management techniques to the planning, feasibility analysis, designer selection, designer management, construction cost and schedule management, procurement, construction and operation and management. From inception to completion, for the purpose of enhancing design and construction quality within owner’s cost limitation, and since a professional technology institute controls designer and constructor throughout the whole stage, it will produce an optimized building in terms of cost, quality and time and maximizes owner’s asset value.

While a construction supervision handles inspection work which is related to safety and quality around the construction stage, CM is an advanced construction service that participants as the representative of the owner in the planning and feasibility analysis stage, which determines 70~80% the project construction cost, and proceeds whole stage of the project such as business cost, schedule, quality, contract, safety control so on consistently.
